Executive Director, GMP Network
Angela Vanker has over 15 years of experience working with and advocating for physician practices. She served as the Director of Practice Transformation at Alliance Health, where she designed and implemented integrated care teams in primary care, including care management and behavioral health. She also served as a Director of Quality Initiatives at MPRO, a quality improvement service provider for the State of Michigan.
Jacqueline B. Rosenblatt
Executive Director Emeritus
Jacqueline Rosenblatt assumed the role of Executive Director for GMP Network in 2017. She has been instrumental in transitioning GMP Network to an independent Physician Organization and works closely with both state and community stakeholders to move healthcare reform forward; prior to her appointment at GMP Network, she served as Interim CEO and Vice President of Clinical Operations at MPRO, Michigan’s federally designated quality improvement service provider.
Business Operations Director
Bruce Kelly comes to GMP Network with years of healthcare IT and financial experience previously serving as CIO of POH Medical Center (now McLaren Oakland) and Mercy Memorial Hospital System (now ProMedica Monroe).

Orchid Beatty has been a member of GMP Network since 2008 supporting the organization practices with clinical integration activities, education and support service needs.
Manager of Clinical Transformation
Brian Seefeldt graduated from Oakland University in Rochester MI with a Bachelor of Science in Wellness, Health Promotion, Injury Prevention 2012. Prior to coming on board with GMP Network, he worked for a major health plan situated in Detroit, Michigan. His primary focus was in the Pharmacy Clinical Operations department. Brian currently holds certifications as a Certified Wellness Practitioner and as a Pharmacy Technician.
Business Operations Manager
Terri Howell an accomplished professional with 11 years of medical billing experience, became a Certified Outpatient Coder in April of 2017. She is also a member of AAPC. Terri became a Certified Documentation Improvement Expert Outpatient in May 2019.
Salvatore (Sam) Palmeri graduated from Oakland University in Rochester MI with a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science in 1982 and has since worked in Information Technology doing application development, web development and data analysis. Working mainly within automotive IT industry for 30 years, he transitioned to the health care IT industry in 2012 when he joined GMPN’s Data Analytics department
Clinical Integration Coordinator
Amecia Neal has over seven years of experience as a certified medical assistant. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Kaplan University.
Jason Wrobel has 12 years of experience in health insurance working with membership, claims and benefits. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Green Belt in Six Sigma from the University of Michigan.
Amber Bartoli graduated from Oakland University in Rochester MI with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has over 15 years of administrative experience and transitioned from the legal field to GMP Network in July 2019.
Clinical Care Coordination Manager
Jaclynn Cunningham has extensive experience in clinical quality programs including HEDIS, Patient Centered Medical Home, Physician Delivered Care Management as well as clinical research. Jaclynn is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master’s in Health Services Administration from UDM.
Care Management Coordinator
Amanda Gervel studied Health Sciences at Baker College and became a Medical Assistant in 2010. She has spent her career working in outpatient clinics specializing in OB/GYN, pediatrics, adult medicine, dermatology, and surgical.
Clinical Care Manger
Martha Wilson is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree from Wayne State University. She has over 26 years of experience in patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
